Hi, Im looking for a web design conversion from a poor system to html with a basic web editor cms built on.. the current site is a 67 page site. it isn't e-commerce. but the current site is poor and my client wants a fresh look and feel and has to be responsive? the current website is built on table base with old html coding. The banner is developed in flash mood too....
