Hello, I had a project created that I originally paid a pretty penny for and unfortunately the developer was unable to finish the project and screwed me over. He had stated there was 1% of the project remaining but could not specifically tell me everything that was still left to be completed to match the agreement we had made. Listed below is our contract which states ALL of the requirements to be met and the files that have been completed, so I can not tell you what is missing as I am not too sure.

Hi, I have gone through the pdf and through at first, the rest roughly. It would have been better if I could see the unfinished work live on a server.
