SocialEngine Customize

I need a SocialEngine and php expert . You must have experience with the SE script and the addon's plugins that are available. I am starting from the beginning. I have nothing. I will give you a detailed description of what I want. Plan on creating/modifying the SE script and addon's so that most of its form and function is identical to the most popular socialnet. Then we will customize the look so that it is unique. I want you to add some of the plugins from from SocialEngineAddOns, like the 'FB news feed, friends inviter', 'FB feed stories publisher' 'People you may know', and UserPoints and others shown below. It is really important that the 'Find Friends'/'People you may know' section works like the most popular socialnet. This might need to be adjusted to work like you-know-who. ActityPoints addon or other addons might need to be modified so that they are compatible with each other. It is important that members are able to get points for adding any new members who signup from their invitation. You will be responsible to make certain that everything works, and that all plugins are compatible with each other. You will also install and customize a skin to my specification. Website must be mobile-capable. (plugin??) The last modification that I want is for users to be able to create private groups of friends under one account – one for Family, Friends, Business, (and 1 'Master' group that includes all 3 groups). Similar but different than [login to view URL] . You would be able to see all the friend/family/business updates from 1 page or from each group page - Family Page, Friends Page, Business Page. When you post on your page, you could easily radio buttons which group or groups you will post update to. When you add a friend, you should be able to radio buttons which group(s) they will belong to (Family, Friends, Business). Family of member cannot see Friends Wall, Friends cannot see Family Wall, etc. There should be separate 'About' page on the Business Page - similar to LinkedIn - like a resume. The other half will be released when it is working on my server.
