Hey guys, I need a programmer to create a viral content website, similar to well known sites like [login to view URL] but with individual design and functions. The budget can expand depending on the work. Please have a close look at the example website and my needs to get all the details and only bid if you\'re 100% able to rebuild that and create a complete website from Scratch. Logos or any other pics and content will be provided by me. The Design should be simple but also fast, floating and attractive for the viewer. An example of the Basic Functions that the website should offer: -Search Option -Permalinks like [login to view URL] -Opening Posts and Pages in a new tap -High Quality Facebook and Twitter share buttons - \"Trending\", \"Fresh\", \"Hot\" and a \"Category\" section will do it -Vote functionality -Facebook Comments -100% Responsive and Mobile/Tablet Ready -Ad Ready (on the Sidebar and under the Posts) -User Log in/Sign up Popup (User auth by Facebook, Google or Email) -User Profiles with an Overview, Posts, Upvotes and Comments -Endless scrolling with fast loading of the next Content -Users can upload all kinds of images or add Media by link (Youtube,Vimeo..) -Fast clicking thru posts (Clicking the next Button on a post page without refreshing the page) -Watermarks Also i need Full admin Functionality Admin Panel functions: -Ban Users -Add/Edit/Delete Media, Comments, Users & Categories -Custom logos/Pics -Adding Custom Ads Here\'s the deal: You\'ll get half of your bid once the page is set up and free of any bugs. The other half will be transferred to you once the page is fully on my server and working. Please don\'t bid if you don\'t accept this. Also i need ongoing support and to contact you sometimes for stuff like adding Functions or Security Problems and so on. Please don\'t write me 3 page letters of what you can do, I\'m only interested in a good offer and a ongoing assistance, so please keep it short and simple.

Hi, I have checked the website and its feature and I'll do this using a custom designed website on Wordpress with all the features. My estimation for complete project is €1000, that includes a completely new design for website, implementation of website structure on a CMS and then coding/customization of features as described or available on example website. For a fast loading website, I'll take very special care and will keep things simple and fast loading but attractive at the same time therefore will make use of html5/css3 instead of all images only. But if you could also get a dedicated server account that will almost double the speed and user experience. I agree on your payment terms, though would like to do it through milestone payments.
