Logo Development Brief: Company Overview: What type of product or service do you offer? We help people invest in real estate that wouldn't normally have the time to deal with the day to day operations of a real estate investment.  How long have you been in business? Since 2005 What do you hope to accomplish with your new identity? To establish a legitimate and professional corporate image What are your long-term goals? To develop long term relationships and create financial freedom for our partners and be able to eventually give back to our community  Audience Profile Busy professionals that are interested in real estate investing but don't have the time to learn how to do it and look after the day to day operations Please describe your existing audience: Who would you like to add to your audience? Haven't established a very large audience yet. Would like to start with friends and friends of friends.  We'll be using the logo on Facebook pages, a website, letterhead, business cards, etc. Project Summary: Why is a new logo required? Don't currently have one Do you have any specific images or icons in mind that you would definitely like to see incorporated into your logo? Nothing definite but I had envisioned rising peaks of houses and/or mountains Do you have any colors in mind for your logo? (if so, why?): Blues, but for no specific reason other than I like blue Where will your new logo be used? Website, business card, lawn signs and building signs, letter head, social media (Facebook) and vehicle decals Will you require variations of the logo (stacked, horizontal, knockout)? Yes What attributes would you like your logo to reflect about your business? Professional, trustworthy, confidence, vast real estate investing knowledge What would you like your logo to do? Help establish a brand and recognition of our company in the real estate industry  Do you have a tagline or slogan? (list) Creating Wealth Through Real Estate Do you require a tagline or slogan? Yes it would be nice  What is the overall message you are trying to convey to your target audience? That we can help provide freedom to do more of what they love, ie. Spend more time with family, travel, volunteer, etc Unique selling proposition: Who are your competitors and what do you think about their logos?
