Research proposal for health behavioral intervention program using Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB).

I have a grant write project related to an interventional program to promote physical activity among college students. The project involves 4 sub related projects, literature review, Elicitation report, program rationale, and The Final Grant Application. I already did the literature review and the elicitation (interviews) parts. The remaining parts are the program rationale and The Final Grant Application. The information in the first 3 sub projects should be integrated to The Final Grant Application. Please check the projects’ instructions. For now, I need one to do the program rationale.
