Guest Welcoming and Check-In Coordination Assistance - Physical Presence required at Chicago Location

I'm searching for 1-3 dynamic hospitality support professionals to ensure a seamless guest experience for an upcoming event. This role requires meticulous and adaptable individuals, comfortable with both digital and traditional registration methods. We need individuals who can work at the venue for 1 day per event. The first event is in the Chicago Location (29th March 2024) , but we also have the same in New York and San Francisco throughout the year. Roles and Expectations: - Guest check-in and registration using a hybrid approach (both digital and manual) - Effective coordination with vendors and exhibitors during the event - Upholding high standards of customer service throughout all interactions Key Tasks: - Assist in the Set up of a welcoming registration area - Utilize event management software for digital check-ins while also maintaining accuracy with manual lists - Liaise with event partners to support their needs and resolve any on-the-spot challenges Ideal Skills: - Proficiency with event management software and traditional registration procedures - Proven track record of vendor coordination and problem-solving - Excellent communication and organizational skills Experience: - Previous hospitality or event management experience is essential - Hands-on experience with event technology and coordination This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to creating a memorable event experience.
