1. Game Concept: The game will revolve around realistic interactions between two characters, Sheila and the Manager, offering a unique narrative experience. 2. Interactive Scenarios: I will design 6-8 distinct scenarios that simulate conversations between Sheila and the Manager. These scenarios will encompass different workplace situations, allowing players to navigate through various dialogue options. 3. Avatar Development: The avatars of Sheila and the Manager will be created with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring a realistic and immersive visual experience. 4. Voice Overs: Professionally recorded voice overs will enhance the realism of the conversations, adding depth and emotion to the interactions. 5. Facial Expression Recognition: In response to player choices, the avatars' facial expressions will dynamically change to reflect emotions such as happiness, frustration, or disappointment. An incorrect response will trigger appropriate facial expressions, contributing to the immersive gameplay. 6. Choice-based Mechanics: The game will implement a choice-based system, where players' decisions impact the outcome of the scenarios. This will engage players and encourage replayability. 7. Manager Response Mechanism: To address the Manager's responses, I will integrate a mechanism that detects correct and incorrect answers. If a wrong response is selected, the Staff (Sheila) facial expression will visibly change, reinforcing the consequence of the choice. 8. Narrative Flow: The game will seamlessly guide players through Sheila's journey, incorporating meaningful interactions and dialogues that provide insights into her motivations and aspirations. 9. User Interface and Experience: The user interface will be designed for intuitive navigation, ensuring players have a smooth and enjoyable gaming experience. 10. Testing and Refinement: Rigorous testing will be conducted to ensure the game mechanics, avatars, voice overs, and facial expressions align seamlessly. Player feedback will be incorporated to refine the gameplay. 11. A calculation will give a percentage based on right and wrong answer by charge nurse. Eg.
