Hi there, I am more than expert in PHP and developing dashboards , charts etc....but there is one limitation ..I dont have RS485 so I will be relying on you to test the communication between php and the device. For database I think Rasberry can easily run mysql ? ...or do you want to use some other database ? thanks

Are you able to receive signals on GPIO Pins of RPi4 or that part is something I need to make from my end? because the project description posted here is about the process we need to follow after being able to receive signals. But the files you attached are about the process before receiving? Also I can only help if we're being able to receive signals (values that we need, not encrypted values) and we need to create a web app to be able to connect with RPi4 and display data as graphs etc, where the smoothness and accuracy of displayed data will depend highly on the quality of data RPi4 be able to send to server
