simple django website

hi I need a website that can display products and company information. this website will be multilingual. languages: Turkish, English, Russian and Arabic. I need both design and programming. for design there should be an intro page it can be flash or impressive JavaScript. homepage should contains a JS slider and some recent news and products. also should be some currency rates. Product page should contain products and their categories. there can be nested categories. also product detail page. product detail pages can be printable. there should be a simple poll. there should be a form page for order requests. website visitor can enter his contact info and products he interested. there should be search in website. News page contains news about company. news should be added from admin side. news may have images. Company info page contains information about company also vision and mission page. there should be gallery page. Gallery page contains albums and when visitor click album thumbnail should be display photos. Contacts page should contain Google maps and an information request form. for programming should use django 1.4, sqlite for database and should be admin page. admin page design should be customized. products and all content should be editable. there should be a page in admin side that the form entries are displayed. developer should write django template with html. design is very important so it should be clean and simple. developer should consider there will be different languages and alphabets when designing. (latin arabic and krill ). Developer may need to help for deployment.
