I need to create a simple database to track employees and assets. Simple data entry is required as well as the ability to upload documents (PDF, JPG, DOC) for easy retrieval from the database. The purpose of this is to keep track of documents and licenses which are expiring. Therefore the database needs to give notification by popup and/or emails that License for Person X is expiring in 30 days, etc. The database needs to have users with passwords and different access levels to see and edit information. It MUST be aesthetically pleasing: It must look nice and be easy for a novice user to navigate. Also, the backend programming must not be convoluted and must make logical sense so that I can edit or add to it in the future incase I cannot find you to add to it later. It is a small project for an expert filmmaker user. Should not take more than a few hours. I have experience in creating Filemaker databases in the past. Thanks you for your interest.

Hi. Judging by the description, this is really a simple base. 2-3 layout. 4 tables. 2 -3 sets of user access levels and menus. 10-12 Scripts. My rate is 20 - 25 working hours.
