Looking for Visual C# 2013 Express program to open an Excel spreadsheet ([login to view URL], attached) and populate it programmatically using a flow like this: OpenExcel([login to view URL]); AddRow("1","C62","C3216Y5V1E106Z","TDK","445-3469-1-ND","CAP CER 10UF 25V Y5V","1206","1206"); SaveExcel("[login to view URL]"); See [login to view URL] (attached) for what the resulting spreadsheet should look like. Use actual data from [login to view URL] and pay special attention to row 11 (needs to be turned red). Deliverable is a Visual Studio 2013 Express C# project implementing the population of an Excel spreadsheet as described above and any special build instructions.

There are two ways to save/edit the Excel sheet data via Visual studio express. 1- OpenXML 2- Visual studio tools for office You have attached the sheet in xls format which means it has version earlier than excel 2007, so OpenXML can not be used and we have to use Microsoft office interop to achieve the functionality. I have already done it. i will make all three functions that you have mentioned in the requirements.
