[Only for freelancers who are currently in Macau] I require a punctual and rigorous event coordinator to represent my company at the Beyond Expo Tradeshow from May 22-25. Your primary tasks will include: - Pre-tradeshow registration: You are to complete all registration formalities and secure badges for 5 of our sales team members before the show commences. - Booth maintenance: You will be responsible for both the setup and decoration of our booth, indicating your creative ability, and ensuring it is kept tidy and presentable during the tradeshow. The project is from 22-25 May. An ideal freelancer should possess high organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and strong attention to detail. Prior experience in event coordination, particularly at tradeshows, would be an added advantage. Cantonese and English speaker.
