I have considerable experience in quoting and transcribing audio files and general speech from my time as a Clerical Assistant at Coventry University. During meetings I would often write down what people said for notes and minutes later and it would normally be verbatim to ensure the clearest points were taken and that everyone could understand what was being discussed. I am also extremely conversant with Word processors so formatting the text in a presentable manner would not pose as challenge for me.
