I need a native Russian speaker with IT skills to create a new website for a company to be incorporated. Future partnership can be discussed as the site will need to be maintained. To be honest, I have no idea why you should you me. Actually, if you think I can not do it, then I do not need to hire. I haven't any skills in IT because I'm translator of Russian and English languages.
