Hello, I think in order to read the NFC card data and then store it on sql db, we need to specific card reader to read the card information first. And then we need to user application on the pc which is connected with the card reader so we can save those data on the database tables. In the other way, we can do this via mobile too via OTA(over the air) using Bluetooth Law Energy too. I am familiar working with NFC series including mirafe iso14443, iso 15693 rfid tags before.
