Hi,
The project I am offering is:
I need a skilled person to build an LED lamp for the purpose of horticulture. The lamp requires the following:
Size: The whole size of the unit must fit within a W:100cm x L:100cm x H:10cm area (The height can be changed as needed). A square shape is preferred more than a round shape as the square shape possibly uses space more efficiently.
Power: Must support Australian power (240v). Possibly a computer power supply could be used for this as the cable can be changed as needed.
LED type: Must use 3watt or 5 watt LED (Bridgelux or Cree seem to be the best quality)
LED spectrum and ratio (%) of spectrum:
Red: 640nm (30%), 660nm(30%), 740nm(10%)
Green: 525nm (10%)
Blue: 440nm (10%), 470nm (10%)
So if I had 100 x 3watt LED. there would be 70 red / 10 green / 20 blue and they would be the colors as specified in the ratio (70 red = 30 @ 640nm, 30 @ 660nm, 19 at 740nm ) etc.
The unit must not use glue and must be safe so that there is no chance of electric shock to the user and enough fans / heat-sinks to reduce heat efficiently.
On the top of the unit there must be screw areas where the user can put hooks / screws with a hook / loop for hanging. Each screw must be strong enough to support the weight of the unit. If the shape is a square then the minimum would be 2 or 4 screws.
Any questions are welcomed.
