SEO/Optimization/Marketing Consultation(s)

We are in the final stages of repackaging/relabeling two products from India for export into the US. One is a very high quality cosmetic grade peptide skin cream and one is an OTC scar healing silicone gel product. We have had excellent feedback and sales in the field using the original name and packaging this past year. We have a website, (not optimized properly) on a hosting site we are not happy with...not compatible with WordPress for starters..and we are still generating online sales and repeat customers. We are currently operating on a shoestring, but honestly anticipate that if we do our job correctly and have the right input from consultants in the fields of SEO/Internet & Field Marketing/Distribution etc., these products will be a great success and we will not have to be so tight in our ongoing operating expenses. To be perfectly honest, we are not Google/SEO literate enough to even write an in depth proposal targeted at the sort of professional/expert we require. We know we are certainly looking for white hat, above-board tactics on Google, and need advice regarding PPC ads, and basically need someone to brain-storm with us a bit on a broad stroke overall campaign from ground zero. If we find the right person/people we will likely be utilizing their services at an expanded level for the forseeable future. We are open in the future to a straight payment for time system or a percentage of sales commission or some combination of the two. We are definitely looking for people who are willing to allow us to participate as we are certainly control-freaks albeit teachable and benign ones.
