We have experienced a sudden problem with the layout our email template when sending out a test EDM. The test email appears fine on the computer, however, when viewed on an iPhone the layout gets cut abruptly. Please see attached screengrab. The layout actually consists of two more rows of product flatlays, as well as a footer.

Based on my experience using Mailchimp’s markup language and my familiarity with coding CSS/HTML for email, I’m confident that I can resolve your issue quickly. Hello there, Just read over your project applicaton .. honestly, i can't make sure what's the point that causing your Mailchimp template is get clipped. my name is Shelingholmes, i am Mailchimp expert, 3 years experience .. And based at my experience, there are few possibility, from any elements that may causing your template is cutted. In this section, i assume you using Gmail for iOS ? or ? because i'm always find this problem on Gmail especially for iOS 1. Your Email Content size is more than limit that allowed by gmail so they will cut it into limit 2. Your Email contain too much images 3. Your Email content doesn't support some tags to support it's display properly in iPhone I could help to fix this, however as i said, i will not know what's real issue until i browse into code of your email template. for consideration, you may take a moment to see my complete profile, almost all of my project is related with Mailchimp, and email template I have some solution for problem that i mention, but i also ensure that your template will be fixed even if the problem is not one of common issue above. Thank you ^_^
