We need AC/DC Offline LED driver - Constant Current type. Parametrs: input: 230VAC +/-6% @ 50Hz (minimum) or 95VAC-265VAC 50/60Hz (prefferable) output DC current: typ 33mA (mean) +/- 5% (including line regulation) output ripple current: max. 10mA output voltage: typ. 185-200V (LED string voltage) efficiency: min. 90% (we have low volume enclosure without any venilation, so power dissipation must be very low) aging/liftime: min. 30000h (output DC current in range of tolerance) MTBF: > 300000h We provide you 3D (step) model of plastic enclosure and PCB (see attachement). You: 1. schematic capture > DELIVERABLE your source files 2. layout the PCB > DELIVERABLE your source files 3. 3D model of driver > DELIVERABLE your source files => we would like to see layout before you continue to the following steps 4. prepare manufacturing files > DELIVERABLE these files 5. manufacture FIVE boards doing whatever needs to be done with your vendors, contacts and suppliers to get the job done. (Note I do not want to be involved here at all - this is your responsibility as part of this project). 6. you test the boards and validate that they work > DELIVERABLE a report showing what you have measured, the results and your conclusions 7. you ship the boards to an address in Poland > DELIVERABLE five working boards With this project you are bidding on all of the above including costs of the materials, manufacturing, and shipping. You are not just bidding on your labour. The expectation is that once you accept this project then you have all the resources that you need to complete the work.
