configuration of networking for 2 ESX servers (Exchange 2010)

We require a virtualisation expert with experience in vSphere v4 to provide networking advice on our setup. A detailed breakdown of the system is provided in the document attached to this bid request. However to summarise, we have 2 physical machines running ESX from the vSphere v4 Essentials Plus package; each machine is hosting 5 virtual machines, with 2 virtual machines (one on each server) running Exchange 2010. All but one virtual machines are running Windows 2008 64bit server as the guest operating systems. The only other is a Windows 2003 system. We have 4 1GB Ethernet connections and 1 x 4 GB optic fibre connections (Between Machine) each. Hardware Specs: 2 X IBM x3550M2 Servers. 28GB memory. 1.81TB HDD RIAD 5. 2 x 2 1Gb Ethernet connections. 1 x 4Gb optic fibre connection between both machines. 1 x Intel Xeon E5520 (2.27GHz processor) Machine 1 VM1 Server 2008R2 Domain Controller. VM2 Server 2008R2 Exchange 2010. (CAS, HT, Mailbox) VM3 Server 2008R2 Development Server. (Not in production) VM4 Server 2008R2 Vice Versa file replication for user files. VM5 Server 2003 Development Server. (JBase) Machine 2 VM1 Server 2008R2 Backup Domain Controller. VM2 Server 2008R2 Exchange 2010. (CAS, HT, Mailbox) VM3 Server 2008R2 Replicated Development Server. (Not in Production) VM4 Server 2008R2 SharePoint 2010. VM5 Server 2008R2 SharePoint 2010. (Test Environment) ## Deliverables 1. Dedicate 2010 exchange replication to the 4Gb optic fibre machine to machine connection. (Remove traffic off normal network) 2. Confirm all 4 x Gb Ethernet connections are utilised for network traffic from all VM's. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
