Good morning. I am Maharajan Thangavel from STSK controls and Automation, India with 18 years experience in electrical panel design (AutoCAD), manufacturing, installation (PLC panels, MCC, PCC & AMF) selection of PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, field instrument setup, programming and commissioning. I too give IT support using VB, C, SQL, IOT & data analytics (excel). Also I have very good experience in reverse engineering and preparation of documents including flow chart, SRS (FD), SOP & alarm manuals. I have done many projects in various industries around the globe including steel, automotive, dairy, spunlace, water treatment, cement and power plant. Most importantly I have done few projects & service works in Ireland. Most of my projects are with Siemens controllers and few are with AB, Schneider, Mitsubishi, GE, Phoenix, beckhoff, and B&R. We've commissioned 0.5Kw to 160Kw drives for various applications. In Siemens we've worked with almost all models of PLCs (from logo to S7 400 using various versions of simatic manager & TIA portal), VFDs, HMIs & various SCADA configurations. Most importantly I have very good experience in WINCC. Also familiar with redundancy, server-client configuration, fail safe systems and special devices including Vision system, data loggers, PID controllers etc. Apart from that I am well versed with MS office and got data analytics training in Excel as well.
