KiCAD expert to build a simple board

Looking to hire ASAP We want to make a shield for an arduino Mega and a Raspberry pi 3. We have a good list of how to connect everything. We also have an image of how you should set up the components on the board. -Initially, we would like you to do a 3D render of the board first, just showing the components. we have the exact measurements of what you need. - then we will start with schematics and then gerber files the board is very small and the budget we have is 50dlls. we will talk via skype to do the interview
