We are seeking experienced and reliable virtual assistants (VAs) to join our team and provide 24/7 customer support for our online grocery and fresh produce store. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, be customer-focused, and capable of handling a high volume of inquiries, order follow-ups, and refunds. Responsibilities: - Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone. - Assist customers with order-related concerns, product inquiries, and general support. - Process and follow up on pending orders, ensuring timely delivery. Manage customer refunds and returns in accordance with company policies. - Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products and services. - Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues. Requirements: - Proven experience in customer support, preferably in an e-commerce or grocery industry. - Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal). - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Availability to work on a rotating 8 X 8 X 8 hours shift schedule to cover 24/7 support. - Familiarity with online customer support tools and platforms. Note: We are looking to hire a minimum of three virtual assistants to ensure 24/7 coverage. Only candidates with relevant experience and availability for a rotating shift schedule will be considered.
