Completion of Image Scaling Ordering System

We expect the code to be integrated into exiting project that can be shared and fully documented as standard, there is also growth for continual support and a future partnership to the successful candidate. The reason for outsourcing is that we have run out of time and require this completed ASAP - our understanding is that this is a small task given that the time consuming work has been completed such as the upload and drop downs and pricing and image rendering has already been done we have investigated completing this hence our estimated budget.
