Seeking experienced Digital Marketing COMPANY (team of digital marketer, designer, ad expert etc.) to plan and execute new company’s 3-month marketing Launch Campaign. Day-to-day Social media marketing management, Social media Advertisement and basic SEO set-up. This is a 4-5 month project: 1-2 months of planning 3 months of execution and analytics. Company is in the final stages of web development for a state-of-the art membership platform; website plus iOS & Android apps. This is a new category, but we bring industry knowledge and contacts. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of strategizing and executing a successful launch. After launch we will be looking to engage in ONGOING LONG-TERM social media marketing and advertisement management with periodic SEO optimization. **SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY** -At launch we need to be organized with 2 of 3 months of social media postings (and advertisement). -1-2 months before launch strategize and plan out social media postings; Max 7/week (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter maybe TikTok) for 3 months. -We already have art, mp4 and JPEGs and content prepared for 20 postings that are focused on what company offers. -We can provide company info content as well as industry content. In addition to content and info about company we have ideas for generic postings like Trade Thursday, Quote of the week. -We need to plan a mixture of posts; Max 7/week (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter maybe TikTok) for 3 months. -Since this is launch campaign, we may need to MAKE ADJUSTMENTS to postings based on feedback. -Art; mp4 and JPEGs need to be made. To serve as base we have logos, icons, puzzle base art and color theme, plus videos of site. -Posts need content writing, hashtags. We will provide most of content, but we value input about keywords and hashtags. Plus post text formatting needed. -Scheduling of postings using a scheduler such as Hootsuite or Later. -All postings need to be organized on schedule for easy overview. **SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT** -Starts with a few pre-launch posts (TEASER ART ALREADY DONE). -Handle the day-to-day management of social media; Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, (Youtube) and possibly TikTok. -Scheduling of postings using a scheduler such as Hootsuite or Later. -Liking, providing generic comments and alerting us to comments needing special attention/answers. -Analyzing and tweaking based on results; more or less of certain types of postings and/or postings times. -Continuing with planning of remainder of postings. **ADVERTISEMENT** -Across social media. Youtube. Possibly Display ads. -For launch we need 3 different arts and ads prepared. -The rest of ads (1 per week) to be planned out 2 weeks after launch when we can read results. -Advertisement can be analyzed on a WEEKLY basis (not daily). -Adjustments to be made if necessary. **SEO OPTIMIZATION SET-UP** -SEO optimization in preparation for launch. -This is going to be very basic set-up. This is new category with few to no search words so looking to focus mostly on branded keywords. -Open for some suggestions for other set up. -SEO to be read at end of 3-months recommendations to be made. After 3 months Launch marketing campaign, if we worked well together, this can be extended to ongoing long-term social media marketing, advertisement and SEO optimization.
