The goal is to create a Delphi 7 compatible split pane, multi-tabbed web browser. I have no plans on introducing a new fangled web browser into the world, but I do have a need for a user interface for an application that I am developing. The interface will be similar to multi-tabbed web browser. Within the tabbed window/pages will be displayed HTML files. The project that you are bidding on will be a hybrid between a HTMLHelp ([login to view URL]) application and a web browser. The thing im concern is, no exe will be sent, then i will have to update source code for you to test, in that case i need 100% milestone will be created if we will make a deal. Another thing is, in case you want the browser support HTML5 then we'd better use chrome embbed browser instead, it doesnt depend on current browser version on system, but the size will be larger.
