We run a property management business. We want to set up a database with user-friendly form so that our staff can enter rental inquiry easily to track name, referrals. Also, we use it to conduct a renal phone interview assessment - this means our staff will ask lots of questions to see if the applicant qualifies for our housing. When doing phone interview, I want to show "Standard call centre pre-determined script and questions" in the database so that our staff can see the scripts and the right way to ask the questions (like a cheat sheet) while speaking to the applicant at the same time. In this way, we can ensure there is consistency for the way we speak and the same standard scripts which all staff are trained in.
