--- First, sorry for any mispelling, confusing idea or something you may think that it's upside down! I have a rusty english grammar but I speak perfect spanish --- We're looking for a solution that allows our customers, to pay for specific goods, at specific stores, using our own payment point. The solution includes a system, that controls everything: Our clients accounts and their users, assigning amounts to each one based on a very simple formula (Each value for the formula MUST be editable by administrators.) The general amount from that calculation must generate an invoice order, for our own ERP which shares a MySQL database. The system must be able to receive and manage connections from points of payments, reading intelligent cards that we assign to our client users. They basically trade with money-like points to buy into a network of stores. The protocol script must be under a certified quality standard, regarding bank-like operations You must include to the system a suitable point of payment and suggest an intelligent card to work with. The connections to the system must be using a phone line (the internal modem of the point of payment) In 4 lines: - The card, for the final user - The point of payment, for the store we want - The protocol, to connect safely to our system - The system, to control and manage all accounts The project needs you for research and offer an integral solution, manage and developing of the system. It will be a plus if: - The system can be fully customizable and/or be translated using a language pack, xml, etc. - That you speak spanish - The system it's written with PHP, using MySQL and under UNIX (on a Mac OS X Server) - You can travel and install and test everything with us. We will need you to sign a disclosure agreement and a MSA.
