I have a Phd in Social Sciences and I am also a software engineer. I have already worked on many tasks using R and twitter API. Relevant Skills and Experience Iam a full stack developer with 15 years of experience. I know R language and twitter Api. I have already worked on a project, where I had to develop an engine able to read sentiment from texts.

Is R-language mandatory? I could make such thing with c# and Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services. Also please clarify did you need catch up twitters or this part already done?
