We are seeking skilled Excel professionals to create a comprehensive and user-friendly Excel spreadsheet for tracking and analyzing leads generated by our sales team. This tool will help us monitor our lead generation and sales performance more effectively. The Excel spreadsheet should have the following features: * Time Period Tracking: The ability to track the number of leads made on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis. The spreadsheet should automatically update totals as new data is entered. * Disposition of Leads: We need to categorize the leads based on their status. The categories include sold, canceled, not home, and pitched. The spreadsheet should allow users to enter leads into these categories. * Lead Conversion Metrics: Calculate and display the percentage of leads that fall into each disposition category (sold, canceled, not home, pitched). This should be displayed in a dashboard or report format for easy viewing. * Salesperson Tracking: Ability to add salespeople and associate leads with specific salespeople. We want to track the performance of individual salespeople, including their total leads, leads sold, and closing ratios. * Source Tracking: Ability to categorize leads based on their source (e.g., online marketing, referrals, cold calls). This will help us understand where our most effective leads are coming from. * Closing Ratio: Calculate the closing ratio for each salesperson and for the overall team. The closing ratio is defined as the number of leads sold divided by the total number of leads pitched. Display this as a percentage. * Data Visualization: Provide charts and graphs to visually represent lead data, disposition of leads, salesperson performance, lead sources, and closing ratios. The charts should automatically update as new data is entered. * Data Filtering: Users should be able to filter the data to view the metrics for specific time periods, salespeople, lead sources, or lead dispositions. * User-Friendly Interface: The spreadsheet should be user-friendly and easy to navigate, with clear labels, instructions, and an intuitive design. * Documentation: Provide a simple user guide that explains how to use the spreadsheet, enter data, and interpret the reports and charts. Time Tracker Features: Daily Lead Analysis: The spreadsheet should provide insights into how many leads are generated every day. This will enable the sales team to gauge daily productivity and consistency. Weekly, Monthly, & Yearly Aggregates: Beyond the daily figures, the tool should automatically compute weekly, monthly, and yearly totals. This will assist in monitoring patterns, detecting high and low lead generation periods, and making strategic decisions based on these insights. Time of Day Analysis: Understand when leads are primarily created during the day. This information can offer insights into the peak hours for lead generation. Lead Lifecycle Timestamps: The ability to log the exact date and time when a lead transitions between different stages (e.g., from 'pitched' to 'sold'). This can provide insights into how quickly leads move through the sales funnel. Data Visualization: Integrate charts that showcase daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly trends. The visual representation should allow users to quickly grasp patterns and changes over time. Data Filtering & Comparison: Users should be able to filter the time-based data and compare different periods. For instance, compare lead generation in the first quarter of the year to the second quarter. Automated Alerts: Implement a feature that can notify users if there is an unusual increase or decrease in lead generation during a specific time period. Incorporating a robust Time Tracker will empower us to make data-driven decisions and strategize our sales efforts more effectively based on when leads are most frequently generated and how they transition over time. The winning entry will be selected based on the accuracy, ease of use, and visual appeal of the spreadsheet.
