We are a product base company. Having done the budget for 2019, we are struggling to see the data in a simple format. We have the KPI's in an excel sheet but the board would like to see that information in one sheet. I need a simple model that once I enter the data each month it updates the summary with a few graphs or pie charts. The data includes. Individual sales rep targets versus actual sales. Sales rep costs, including their salary, bonus , expenses against their sales, month on month and Year to date. Shops sales target versus the actuals Salaries broken down by department, including number of heads month on month Cash collection each month by region Accounts payable list Credit card spend month on month by people Expenses claimed month on month I need this asap.
