Our company is looking for an Administrative Assistant. Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally.
Duties include, but not limited:
scheduling work for clients (both on phone and email),
customer service
light cleaning and warehouse operation
Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
Perform data entry and scan documents
Type correspondence and reports; edit and update various spreadsheets

Must be fluent in both English, Spanish speakers are preferable.
Proficient using MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and QuickBooks.
Strong communication, customer service and computer skills are vital.
