To help with list creating activities for our business, we are looking for a Virtual Assistant that is
very organized and meticulous. Excellent research abilities as well as the capacity to collect and
arrange data quickly are requirements for the perfect applicant. The main responsibility of this
position is to assemble lists of possible partners, clients, or prospects according to
predetermined standards.
1. Perform internet research to find prospective partners, clients, or leads.
2. Gather information and arrange it into structured lists based on predetermined standards.
3. Check the integrity of the data and confirm the veracity of the information acquired.
Use a variety of platforms and tools to efficiently gather and handle lists.
5. Help maintain and update listings that are already in place as needed.
6. Keep in constant contact with the group to share developments and address any obstacles.
One must be experience in
● Excellent data entry and research abilities.
● Outstanding time-management and organizing skills.
● Expertise in utilizing programs like CRM systems, Excel, and Google Sheets.
● Care and precision in the handling of data.
● Capacity for autonomous work and effective communication.
