I am looking for a personal assistant who can help me manage my property portfolio. The ideal candidate should have experience in rent collection, tenant management and Airbnb, if now I will be able to show you and be available whemever you need help Tasks to be performed include: - Rent collection: The assistant will be responsible for collecting rent from tenants on a regular basis. - Tenant management: The assistant will be in charge of communicating with tenants, addressing their concerns, and ensuring that they comply with the terms of their lease. - Property maintenance: While not a primary focus, the assistant may occasionally need to coordinate property maintenance and repairs. The assistant does not need to be physically present at the properties as remote work is fine. However, they should be available to work 10-20 hours per week to handle the necessary tasks. Skills and experience required: - Friendly and professional - Knowledge of property management and real estate industry - Strong communication and organizational skills - Attention to detail and ability to handle financial transactions - Ability to work independently and remotely If you have the necessary skills and experience, and can commit to working 10-20 hours per week, please submit your proposal.
