CSS/HTML/Javascript Responsive Web Page Modify and Mock up

• Description flatlocate is a newly built web app. Please see [login to view URL] Modification We will need to modify/improve the existing CSS/HTML/Javascript. 1. If you open the website on chrome with 100% zoom, or with chrome on mobile, the fonts, pictures and overall design are way too big and fat. The ideal size is about 70% of the zoom on Chrome – try to play with the zoom on chrome first then you will know what I mean. It applies to all pages for both desktop and mobile. 2. Limited items on the grid in map view Issue – when there are only a few, e.g. two items, in the grid under map view, and as long as the screen size is small enough, the grid will try to adjust the size to expand and contract in an uncontrolled manner – please see video: [login to view URL] 3. In the mobile version of the map view: • The click button does not seem to respond. • Clicking on the three strokes does not seem to expand the panel – the reason is that I also have the DevExpress grid on the screen. The DevExpress requires certain .js/.css files to be in priority. Unfortunately, the .js/.css from DevExpress has a conflict with the existing UI library and needs to be resolved. • The sort by newest, search by #anybed, and the four strokes need to be aligned in a better way/move to a better place. 4. In the mobile version of the property view: • If the pictures are shown/triggered, we will need the pictures to be scaled a bit larger. • Under the standard property page, the pictures should be arranged 1x4 only, the same for the feature's icon for the property page. 5. The front page picture is a bit too large on a wide screen and the width/height has to be fixed. Feel free to suggest more modifications. Translation After the completion of the modification task, we need to translate five mockups of web + mobile pages into responsive CSS/HTML/Javascript code based on the existing template. There are five professionally designed mockup images (I have the Photoshop files) in CSS/HTML/Javascript code. Your work will be integrated into our C# ASP.NET server. I will do the integration myself. The product is HTML/CSS/Javascript that needs to be responsive and run on both desktop and mobile, plus when the browser width is narrow/wide. Your work also needs to be lightweight and fast. When some buttons are clicked, it will also show the overlay shown in the zip file below. Please notice that there is a custom font GTWalsheimPro. I can send it to you as well. • Delivery We will need the source code that you developed as we will need to integrate your work into our C# server. Please note that I am a C# developer looking after the server side and database so delivery of CSS/HTML/Javascript code is mandatory. • Workplace You will be working online remotely. • Experience Please show us your detailed related work experience and portfolio. • IP The intellectual property including the source code belongs to Sors Markets Ltd. • Demo Your work will need to work on my browser Chrome, Edge with windows 10/11, iPhone, and Google Pixel.
