Responsive theme expert

Hi I need a expert css coder who can help me convert a psd to a responsive design, I will be using these as wordpress or magento themes. You need not know wordpress or magento, i will take care of the coding. I will be providing you psd and you need to convert it to pixel perfect, cross-browsrer, cross-device (responsive) html. No compromise in quality. I have continuous work for the right person. To start with i would like you to fix css on one of the site. It is not showing proper on android and iphone. You need to send me the urls of custom responsive designs which you have worked on not the ready themes.
