We are looking for someone to handle customer service duties in Italy. Please send your "Skype id" together with your resume. Contractor Requirements We are looking for a contractor who: 1. Is available for 8 hours per day. 2. Has worked in a customer service setting or a similar customer-satisfaction job. 3. Has a solid command of the Italian language. 4. Has 90% or more Italian for training and internal communication purposes. 5. Internet connection of 1Mb or more. It can not be wireless nor through a datacard. Windows environment: We work with a windows based web program. We do require for you to have a computer that runs on windows or has a windows environment already installed. Your operating system must be original. 7. Headset: This headset can be simple but it must connect to your computer via USB. This is to ensure proper phone behavior and call quality. I am an Italian native speaker, fluent in English. I gained experience in delivering high quality customer service while working in a 3 star hotel as a receptionist/call center. My tasks were to get in contact with possible customers, explain the services we offered, find the best package we had according to their needs, send estimates and give instructions on how to send the deposit. I then had to provide customers with a good room and confirm the reservation as soon as we got the deposit. The day before the customer arrival I had to communicate with the room service and kitchen staff and them instructions on what the customer needs (type of bed, table in the restaurant, food etc.) During the stay I had to welcome customers and check them in, give them with assistance for any kind of problem. I had to make bills and invoices, check the customers out and follow them up with emails. It is important to get a feedback, this is why we asked our customers to complete a questionnaire about how their stay experience had been. The results showed the satisfaction rate for the reception service had increased of 25% since I was there. Available mon-fri 8 am -1 pm and 2-5 pm.
