Want =high accuracy HANDWRITING Character recognition * canny edge detection distance transformation feature extraction artificial intelligence neural network segmentation * scanning noise reduction splitting text into separate characters normalization extracting character features finding best matches with a database examining the results * want a program to be able to take pdf and read the hand written characters. * C++ * please see attached. they are the output files from what I have to this point. Also see this link; [login to view URL] * I am looking for a C++ program to take the handwriting from the .pdf files and then have the computer analyze and return the words and numbers. Right now, my eye can see the word/letters/numbers, but to the computer, it is just pixels. * Program input to be drag and drop of the pdf file. Output is also to be pdf file, but with understandable characters. * Need to retain layout and approximate size. Thought is to use bounding boxes to start and then place the answer/result in the same bounding box (location and size) for the output. * paperwork comes to me in 30+ page (double sided) pdf. * for programming and testing - I made single sided pdf and limited to 6 or so sheets. I made these sheets from children's coloring books just for testing and programming. Can't send actual. * i managed to extract markings (see attached). * what I need is a GUI to drag-and-drop pdf file into the program. * program is to look at the markings (pixels on paper) and convert to understandable characters (letters and numbers). * output would be to re-assemble into pdf for further processing (analysis of the now readable characters)> * I am looking for the program to convert. I expect databases (libraries). * After this stage, will go to comparison from one page to the other. * As a thought, the output would have letters.
