Designer clothing and consultant for clothing release

Hello, my name is Kyle Li and I am trying to build a designer clothing brand from scratch. I have always liked branded clothing and the status that comes with it. My vision is a create a clothing brand that sells high-end clothes of the highest quality and innovate new clothing designs that captures the consumers eyes and make them wear my products with pride, allowing the customers to express their identity through their clothing. Only recently have I entered the clothing industry on a business level and creating designs on paper and learning how to create mock-ups on photoshop trying to gain more inspiration. A logo designer/ marketing consultant is working on the design of my logo and creating a business portfolio on what the business should look like, where it stands and the story behind the brand. The step taken to grow my business so far is doing market research on a local and national level, analysing competitors costs, marketing campaign strategies and different styles of clothing that I could implement into my own business. The target audience are young individuals who have an interest in simplistic yet enticing, sophisticated design, much like the clothing from the giant designer brands, such as Gucci, Prada, Fendi, Armani etc, who are willing to pay more for the best quality and brand image. Sustainability has also been a massive trend throughout these couple of years, so the thought of creating a sustainable clothing brand to make it more ethical has also been a consideration. Demographics of consumers: Age: 16-40 Gender: I am thinking of releasing a collection of male clothing to gain recognition of the brand first, however, in the future I would like to enter the female market. Ethnicity: All ethnicity. Types of clothing From doing market research, I have found that many small successful independent clothing brands are selling simple clothing, such as T-shirts, hoodie, jumpers and tracksuits. However, from researching fashion trends online, I have not found many articles written on these types of clothing and instead, on more a more sophisticated look. Since I am new to the fashion industry, I need some expert advice on: 1. Where do I start? 1. How should I go about building the brand image? The story, brand image and unique selling point. 2. What collection of clothing I should begin with? The plan is to start with jumpers, hoodies, tracksuits, possibly shirts and T-shirt, however I'm doubting whether it is a good idea to start these type of clothing first as a designer brand. So I need some advice on this. 3. A designer to design clothes. I have no experience with clothing designs, tech-pack and collection releases, so that would be an area I would need help on.
