SEO, Article and Blog Posts, Website Marketing ... Market our Classified Advertising Site

I have launched a new classified ad website and need to dive traffic to the site. I'm looking for a coder to create back links, post articles, and provide SEO and website marketing to drive traffic to the site. All back links will be verified and should be on sites with at least a page rank of 2 or higher. Articles should contain relevant key words and be posted on relevant websites. All blogs and articles should include all the following words: blithernet, [login to view URL], free online classified advertising. All posts should contain at least five of the following key words; classifieds, free classifieds, classified advertising, advertise online, market online, post free classified, free post, free ads, etc (a complete list will be provided). We would like to see a detailed proposal of YOUR ideas for marketing our site ([login to view URL]). Please include other sites you have marketed and key words you have used. Please include a detailed marketing plan. We would also like to see a sample article/post for our site. Our goal is to generate new classified posts (at least 100 new posts per day) on our site. We'd also like to see at least 1000 unique visitors per day to our site. We are open to other suggestions, if you have marketing ideas.
