Bob, As requested, I would be happy to provide high quality, detailed engineering assistance for your project needs. I am a chemical engineer with experience in various aspects of industrial plant design in both oil and gas and mineral processing. I have used several brands of simulation software, though a spreadsheet can do as good of a job when the budget is not there for the expensive software. I also have extensive experience with process flow diagrams and piping and instrumentation diagrams, and have a copy of Autocad on my laptop right now that I can use for whatever needs to be done. Your request was for 100 hours. As there is no way to do this for $750, the budget limit shown on the project, I have proposed a more reasonable $7500.
