Having a strong background in Cartography and GIS I believe i'm the right candidate for this job. I have been involved in numerous mapping and map making projects. As you have stated you need several maps drawn, my main and first question is do you have the hard copies of maps scanned or what source of map extraction are you planing or intending to use. As an experience individual i'm readily available on the difference sources of data extraction materials or if scanned copies are available well the good. As stated above, having the background in Gis and Cartography and experience of four years in the field i'm well equip with the skills needed for this project. I plan to execute this projects in 3 steps. Step 1, if the scanned images are available, they need to be georeferenced i.e if they are not. If we are not using any scanned materials to extract our maps this leads use to step 2 which is, using esri basemap images we can digitize from there. Step 3: If the drawn maps will require another map output process then map making will be necessary or if not delivery of shapefiles will be ok.
