Realistic Human Artwork for Patch

I'm in need of a talented artist who can create a realistic depiction of people for a patch design. Here's what I'm picturing: Three skulls in line which resemble the three subjects in the attached photos. Each wearing a sombrero. The artwork will be used to create a patch for a hat. Words Tres Amigos below the skulls. - Art Style: The artwork has to be realistic in nature. It does not have to be hyper-realistic, but rather more on the realistic spectrum than abstract or cartoon-like styles. - Subject: The primary subject of this artwork is people. This means that the artist needs to have strong skills in creating human forms, faces, and expressions. - Detail Level: I'm aiming for a medium level of detail. While it is important for the artwork to give a convincing representation of people, it doesn't have to consist of very intricate details. We want something that still looks great at the size of a patch. To be successful at this job, the artist should have: 1.
