My name is Ed, we lost our custom home in a fire. We would like to rebuild the same home with a few major changes, and I have the details necessary to create it. Need a set of plans to run through fresno county plan check. No engineering necessary. Looking for someone I can work with via email/text/MS teams. I would provide sketches to scale with dimensions. Output would be drawings that have the required detail I need. No architectural skill set necessary, only familiarity with using chief architect. Home is ICF construction. 30’x48 foot existing basement. 15’x52’ new basement next to old. 30’x52’ home over basement. 1/2 over new basement and 1/2 over old basement. There is a second floor that covers 1/2 of rhe main floor. The other 1/2 is just high cathedral ceiling. Roof pitch is 12/12. 28’ from the front of the house, the rear roofline is 90 degrees from the front roofline. Large deck and attached 24’x30’ garage also 90 degrees from front. See file attached. Looking for someone to take on this project. Starting with rough quote as there are not enough details to work from. And also an hourly rate.
