CUDA DLL To process an array of cellular automata from Excel

We have a spreadsheet with an array of cellular automata. The intention is to simulate flood. What we need is a c# dll which will take the contents of each block, load them into the GPU, do maths on them as needed (they must reference their neighbours and then we must be able to retrieve the values. The arrays are built like this: ID As Long 'ID of this gridpoint (probably will become a pointer) x As Single 'scientific variable y As Single 'scientific variable e As Single 'scientific variable ID1 As Long 'Pointer to cell above ID3 As Long 'Pointer to cell below ID5 As Long 'Pointer to cell on right ID7 As Long 'Pointer to cell on left ManningsN As Single 'scientific variable SurfaceRunoff As Single 'scientific variable WaterDepth As Single 'scientific variable QX As Single 'scientific variable QY As Single 'scientific variable MaxWaterDepth As Single 'scientific variable AlreadyInTheFloodProcessList As Boolean 'Boolean to tell the code to ignore this cell in calculations ------------------------------------------------------- If you've done this before it will be a few hours of work. If you haven't, this is not the place to try learn. I'm looking for someone with experience in this to just plug in different variables to an existing infrastructure.
