C# Windows Forms/Printing Improvement Project

I'm looking to hire an experienced C# developer that has deep knowledge of working with print output. We're currently using a mixture of GDI+ and TX Text Control output. On some devices, such as Ricoh printers using the PCL 5c driver, sometimes the text comes out garbled and we can't figure out why. That's just an example of one of the type of issues we run into and need to have someone that can fix that, plus do additional work. We'd like to have you fix that problem and if that goes well, have you work on a much bigger project revamping our printing software drastically.
