We are managing more than 15 azure servers for our client, that includes initial configuration, deployment, upgrading the server, adding more resources (database / websites / services etc), so this is our daily routine work for us. I am assuming the web application does not have any errors and will work fine once connected to the sql server database. And Yes we will provide you a demonstration of how you'll change things on the azure account so you could do that in the future.
