TOWN 3D ANIMATION PROJECT

I need a provider that have knowledge in creating an 3D animation of a town with building and people walking and car is running. like the project is already completed. I need to build a new Lao town with retail outlet, temple, theatre, convention hall, Lao-Thai restaurant, Large supermarket, Home decor store, franchise like starbuck, Mc donald. I already have the part animation for restaurant and Temple done, but need to do some change. The people walking in the park like a real person walking not an animated people. I also need a real car running on the street. I need in some of the building to show inside of the building like Convention Hall, Supermarket, I already have restaurant and temple animation done that can integrated to the project
