I require a site plan and some nice pictured to sell a concept to a committee and neighbouring property owners. We have a block of land (plan attached) and wish to place a building on it and use as a community centre, we need a site lay out that includes - Building (attached floor plan and pictures for use, also [login to view URL]) - Drive with angle parking on the left running from the front to the building and exiting on the side road - Foliage or plantings to screen the drive and building from the immediate neighbours Please use rough scale this is a concept only final dimensions are to be confirmed. I will require -site plan -3d rendering of building and views from roads etc. Thank You
